Mengzhi Wang, Vice Dean of the College of Animal Science and Technology at Yangzhou University, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. She serves as an Executive Council Member of the Feed Branch of the China Crain and Oil Industry Association, Vice Chair of the Committee on Systems Animal Nutrition under the Chinese Society of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and Vice Chair of the Committee on Feed Toxicology under the Chinese Society of Toxicology. She recognized as a Jiangsu Province 333 High-Level Talent and a specially appointed expert for the Xinjiang Tianchi Elite Program, her research focuses on ruminant nutrition and metabolic regulation. She has led over 30 projects, including National Natural Science Foundation grants, key R&D initiatives from the Ministry of Science and Technology, and provincial-level key research programs. She has published more than 200 papers, with over 70 appearing in SCI journals such as iMeta and Microbiome. She holds 12 national patents, has edited 8 textbooks/monographs, and received 5 scientific awards, including the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Education.
